You are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, no questions asked. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details or submit the refund request form on this page.
Refunds are only available for the original purchaser of the Uniquery Lifetime Deal. Refund requests made after 60 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.
Refunds are not available for any additional services, customization, or add-ons purchased separately. Refunds will not be issued if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the product.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Upon processing a refund, access to the Uniquery software and associated services will be revoked.
Uniquery reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes to the policy will be updated on our website and will apply to purchases made after the policy change date.
Uniquery's liability is limited to the amount paid for the software product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
