LogicLabs OÜ (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Uniquery (https://get.uniquery.io) (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to the Uniquery website (https://get.uniquery.io), and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

Advertising and Marketing Communications

Google Ads and Customer Match

We partner with Google to advertise our Service through Google Ads, which includes features like conversion tracking and Customer Match.

By using our Service, you agree that we may share certain Personal Data with Google for these purposes. Specifically, we may share a hashed version of your email address or other identifiers with Google to perform services on our behalf. Google uses this data to:

You have control over the use of your information for interest-based advertising.

  • You can manage your Google ad preferences and opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's My Ad Center.
  • This is separate from opting out of marketing emails, which you can do at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email we send.

Data Retention and Transfer

Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Your Data Protection Rights under California Law (CalOPPA & CCPA)

CalOPPA: According to CalOPPA we agree that users can visit our site anonymously; our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”; users will be notified of any policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page; and users are able to change their personal information by emailing us.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals: We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.
